1. Service Scope

MATCHEESH is a matrimony and dating platform for profile creation, discovery, matching, messaging, verification, and support workflows. Creating an account means you agree to use the service respectfully and accept that platform decisions may rely on profile data, preferences, and safety controls.

2. Eligibility & Account Information

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for your login credentials and account activity.
• You must use your own identity and may not impersonate other users.

3. Profile, Media, and Verification

• Uploaded content (photos, profile fields, messages, attachments) must be lawful and respectful.
• We may run content checks (file type/signature, malware scanning, and safety filters).
• Verification status can be granted, reviewed, or revoked based on platform policy and moderation review.
• Profile and match data are used to operate search, recommendations, messaging, and trust features only.

4. Prohibited Use

• No harassment, hate speech, abuse, spam, fraud, blackmail, or explicit unlawful content.
• No malicious file uploads, automation abuse, scraping, or attempts to bypass security controls.
• No misuse of messaging, reports, interests, or matching features.

5. Moderation & Enforcement

We may review reports, evidence, and account activity to enforce policy. Actions can include warning, content removal, restriction, suspension, or permanent ban.

6. Matching & Platform Outcomes

Compatibility scores, recommendations, and ranking signals are assistive features. They do not guarantee any specific match, communication outcome, or relationship result. They also must not be used to harass, profile, or harm any other user.

7. Privacy Controls & Visibility

The platform offers visibility and privacy controls (for example profile details, online status, read receipts, and contact visibility). You are responsible for choosing your settings appropriately.

8. Account Deactivation / Deletion

You may deactivate or request deletion based on available account settings. Some records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute handling as permitted by law.

9. Liability Limitation

MATCHEESH is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use, third-party behavior, or unauthorized access attempts.
